Texarkana Airport Authority requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms or teams interested in performing a Wildlife Hazard Assessment and Related Services at Texarkana Regional Airport. 

In selecting a firm the Airport Authority will comply with the guidance found in Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circular (AC) 150/1500-14D. Biologists conducting these tasks must meet Qualifications for Wildlife Biologist as stated in FAA AC 150/5200-36.

The Airport Authority requests five (5) copies and one (1) CD containing a PDF file of the submittal.  All submittals must be received no later than 2:00 pm CDT, Monday 4 October 2010.  Do not include fees in your SOQ.  A full copy of the RFQ can be requested calling the Airport at (870) 773-4816 during business hours.
